Case not found

RD 7 th March 01, ND 13th March 01. Called today. AVM says \'Case not found\'. Has anyone talked to any IIO regarding this matter?

RD 12/2000, ND 12/2000, FP 4/2001. It took a month after
FP for my case to be found in the AVM. I guess
yours will take a little while.
