CASE NOT FOUND .. What is going on

Guys

My RD was 01/19/2001, EB2 PD 03/99. I have been able to access the case information until recently. Since 3 weeks the AVM says "Case not found".

Please share any similar experiences.

Well nothing to worry. My ND date is 01/01 and the AVM still says "CASE CANNNOT BE FOUND". But, it\'s interesting when you said you were able to get the receipt message before!!!

Anyways, a call to IIO wouldn\'t hurt.

Is that the AVM is not updated, or have problems,
It\'s hard to get the line, I checked the AVM, it\'s same "case not found"
