case not found- what happened?

I'm asking for a friend who filed I360- equivalent to I140 except it's in religious class. Recently he checked his status by using the WAC# and all he gets is "case not found". This is same for phone inquiry as well as by using internet.

Can any friends here shed some lights what could be the cause?

Wait for a little longer till the system gets updated as it has been filed only recently.

Even after about 3-4 weeks from the date of receiving the Receipt Notice,he cannot find his case status online,call the national customer service and talk to them.
