On Jan 27 we had an interview in SJ office. My case was approved fortunately but my wife's case was not approved due FBI name check was not complete. Officer took her index finger print and signiture which appear on plastic card.
Our Fingerprints were done in Oct 2004.
When I asked the office how long will it take , he replied any where between 30 days to 180 days may be soooner. It seems most of the cases in SJ office were pending due to this issue after the interview.
Any one had gone through this before ?
How long would it take to get this done?
DO we get plastic card directly in mail (because inex print and sign was completed)
