Hi all,
I have filed concurrent I140/485/EAD/AP in April 2003. We have received EAD/AP/I140 approval and so as given finger print last year. My question is everytime I enter our LIN ( mIne and my minor son) to check the status of my case on the INS website for me and my son it always says that this receipt no. can not be found. Only for my wife's case no. it's giving that they have received I485 application. I have contacted the service center 2-3 times so far to no avial. They are saying that as long you have the receipt no. you should be fine. So as my lawyer is saying the same. But I am quite worried now cos it's been more than 15 months. I do not understand what is happening. FYI, we have received our 2nd EADs as well in July this year. Still waiting for AP thou.Any insight ??
