I checked my status on line today and I found the case date has been updated since I did my FP 07/04. Does it mean I will receive a RFI soon?

Yes, you are definitely going to receive some news. Did you check what does the update say?

Nothing has been changed in the content. It still says on July 28th we recieved your FP results etc and the action will be resumed etc. But the online case date has been changed from 08/04 to today's date.

When the date changed in all of our cases, the message also changed that they have requested further information or evidence. hopefully you will receive it in a day or two.

This is indeed great news Surprise77! My ND is 02/02 and am eagerly waiting for my LUD to change. Are you on the west coast by any chance? It appears that west coast cases are being processed faster than those on the east (at least that's my impression based on the posts I read on this forum).

Today my content changed

On July 21, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

I don't know what should I provide since I did not pay much attention to previous discusstion. Do i just need provide new finger prints or medical check? Anything else? I asked this is because my lawer office has closed, I don't know if I need find another lawer to complete this kind of RFE etc. Please advise. Thank you.

Just scroll up or down and read!! Usually this is for a medical check up by any Civil surgeon who is designated by the USCIS. The full set of instructions will be on the notice itself when you recieve it by mail. In the meantime fll out the G-325A form.

what is G-325A form? I am kinda of worried. Do I need lawyer.
No you dont need a lawyer for this. A G-325A is just a biography form, filled in Quadruplicate. Go to USCIS website and print it out. This will have to go with the doctor's report. The report will be in a sealed envelope. Thats all you have to do. For the time being!

Thank you Free 100. If they RIE or RFE did not ask me for the G325 A form, Do I still need fill it out and send it to USCIS?

The RFI will definitely ask you for this. IF not, then dont worry about it. It's better to be prepared then to get into a panic at the last minute..!! :)

Thank you Free 100. I checked the G3325 A from but it did not ask for finger prints and I don't believe the Dr's report needs my FP either. So what are those guys talk about ( update FP?). Maybe I worried too much, I should just sit and wait for the RFE. :)

That comes later...After you submit the doctor's reports and g-325A, you will recieve the BIOMETRICS..which is the electronic/ digital (Whatever) FP and Picture. this will be done at the USCIS Application center. So sit back and relax..!! :)
