Case Missing in Philly DOL

Hi Guys,

My lawyer informed that my Case was sent from Philly SESA to DOL on Feb24. To my surprise, the case is still not listed in the automated voice mail system. My lawyer mentioned that it is just a mistake that the case is not in the automated system, but will be worked on as my date (somewhere between Feb25-Feb28) arrives in priority.

Is it possible for a case to not be listed in DOL message system, but be in the DOL process queue? Or the case is misplaced somewhere between SESA and DOL?

I am in desperate need of some suggestions.

Don't worry. it takes them long time to post it.

I've waited for 2 more months to get my case number from automatic system. I had similar worries as yours.
 
How can I track my case no from the AVMS.I don't know my
case no, but I know my Employer phone number.When I was
using by Employer phone number , the AVMS is telling
so many cases.How can I track my case number ?
 
Case missing in DOL

The problem is my case is still not listed in PhillyDOL. I have not seen any case in Philly DOL taking so long to list. They get listed in 3-5 days most of the times.

Using my employers phone number, I hear a case received in Philly DOL on March13, whereas mine left SESA on Feb24. I know that the case listed is not mine from the DOT code.
