case is with office for review? for how long?

Dear all,

It took a lot of frustration, anxiety, and waking up in the middle of night for me to get this far - TSC responded to my inquiry on 12/15/2004 saying my case is currently with officer for review. My question to you is how long will this review process take?? It's been almost 2 months now. I know TSC is totally unpredicable but guys and gals who have experience can you shed some light? So far I have not received a RFE. Mine is a FEB 2002 case!!
 
for a Feb 2002, i would have expected their response to be "case forwarded to supervisor for review". may be u can conclude that yr case is so close it did not need to be forwarded for a supervisor.

I would try another inquiry, saying that you did not receive enough information about your case.

you are right, TSC is unpredictable, there is probably no point trying to rationalize what is going on. Accept this fact and your frustration level will go down:)
