I've got a reply from 2 senators that USCIS informed them that my case is with an adjudicating officer. They also said that the decision should be made within 30 days. That was 10 days ago - no decision yet. Not even LUD change.

Anyone had such an experience when USCIS said that the case is with an adjudicating officer? If yes, was the case really approved within 30 days or is it a lie?

I got a letter in reply to the query rasied by my attorney that this case is with a adjusticating officer but the case got approved the next day. I got the letter and approval by mail on the same day though the letter was mailed one day b4 the approval.

So...I start not believing that it will be approved within 30 days. It's been 2 weeks now since they said it is with adj. officer, and still no change, not even in LUD.
