My Packet-3 was sent on 11/14 (though NVC AVM says 11/5)..And I checked with Mumbai consulate and they don\'t even have my case number.. Does it took this long to get NVC case entered in to system??
I am thinking possiblity of misplaced mail or something. If that\'s the case how long should I wait?? And Do I have to talk to NVC to resend the case to Consulate??
