Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS I-130

Hello,

I am USC and filed form I-130 for my mother, who lives overseas. One month ago the status changed to online on USCIS.gov
"Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS"

Would you advise if this is normal?
How long it takes?
I feel like this is a bad sing :( , please help
