Case is assigned - What Next ! Any inputs

Last week , I called CSC, spoke IIO, she says that my case is assigned to the officer?
Now what next ? Any idea ?

How did you get to speak to an IIO officer ....

&nbsp;was it just perseverence getting through to the service center - how long did you have to wait?

Tried for 3 hours and waited for 45 minutes for less than 3 minutes talk to IIO

Man, geez, I couldn\'t wait that long even if Je Lo is going to be on the other side.

But, you won at the end.

The job , I mentioned above is a risky one, so don\'t take the suggestion seriously.
