Case fro Green Card transferred to Service Center outside the State of Applicant

Hi,

I had applied for Green Card from Seattle, W.A. Now after finishing finger prin ting exercise at Seattle, I have received a notice of action stating that the case has been transferred to California Service Centre. Is this O.K. in the sense that the Service Centre is outside Washington State, from where the application for Green Card was sent ? Thanks
 
Usually when a case is transferred to the CSC, it means you'll get the green card without an interview. It's quite common.
 
my case was transferred to CSC also, and people also told me that i will get an GC without an interview. i don't know is that true. hopflly that is real.
