I live in Pittsburgh and my company is in Pittsburgh . My lawyer field my I-140 in Nebraska instead in Vermont and it got approved . Now they filed my I-485 in Nebraska , I got my LIN # for I-485. Recently I came to know that they should have filed in Vermont . I wonder if any one has similar circumstances?
I would like to know the problems I am face in this regard?

I have a similar experience. We come under TSC jurisdiction. we filed 140 to vermont and it was approved. Our 485 is being processed in TSC. we got our finger prints done, did not have any problem till now.

So ......

How does an INS Service Center know you belong to its center? Based on your employment letter? Based on your home address? Based on your i-140?

Ok, how did your case and A9\'s case happen? Didn\'t you provide an employment letter?

I am in the Same Boat, I-140 Approved in NSC instead of VSC. Waiting for 485 Approval.
