Case evaluation for NIW

Hi, Could anyone evaluate my case for NIW?

Master's degree in Biology from foreign country
Master's degree in Computer Science from US
10 publications and 1 patent in foreign country
Currently working on research work in physiology and computer programming as a research associate with a top 20 medical center in US
Will be in Texas Service Center
I could get some recommendation letters from professors in physiology and computer science.
I know it will be a weak case, but I really appreciate your comments. Thanks.

you will have good case as long as you prove that
you are among top of your field.....letters stating that will help that.
if you rprove that your skills are irreplacable which will be easy if your prove deadly combination of bio and computer.
if you prove that your work has nations interest and intrinsic merit and beneficial to america in many ways...
you have reasonble case ...but relies a lot on presentation of case and letters.
