Case enquiry response

Hello friends,


I have question on my case enquiry. Last week i called USCIS and made enquiry about my case status as my PD is current and out of processing time. I got a following e-mail respose. I tried to contact TSC through 800 number but the customer service rep unable to transfer the call. What can i do now, just wait and see. Pl advise.

PD 09/2000. I this your own labor or sub labor? If PD is current, you should ask them again or take infopass appointment and ask.
 
IMMIQ, i gave my e-mail address when i call USCIS not TSC.

IND77, yes mine is Sub Labor. I will call again today to see what will happen.
 
Finally I am able to reach TSC, the cust rep informed that my case is
under review due to namecheck pending, also informed FBI check is completed.
Ask me to call after 6 months to check again eventhough my PD is current
and within processing time. So the namecheck killing so many people cases to get
adjusticated. In the mean time i am planning to renew my EAD and AP, what else we can do?
 
How did you reach the TSC? Your FP was done 04/13/05. Did you see your online I485 case status was updated after the FP done? If so, when?
