Case closed, reopened, FP done - Impact on dates

Hello, everyone. I was hoping someone would be able to help me with this question. I submitted my N-400 in Feb 05 and never recieved the Fingerprint notice. Then, in Oct 05, I got a letter that my case was closed due to failure to appear for fingerprinting. I filed the motion to reopen the case and it was granted. I later (end of Dec 05) received the fingerprinting notice and went for fingerprints on Jan 3 2006. How is this delay going to affect my case? Are they (USCIS) going to review my case based on the application date (Feb 05) or are they going to go off of my fingerprinting date?
Oh, my suboffice is Charlotte, NC.

I believe that they should go by your priority date, which is when you first submitted your application. I have somehow similar case.
