case cannot be found, anyone in the same boat?

I checked my case(I-485) status recently, the phone message says" this case cannot be be found at this time", anyone has the same situation? please post.

EB2/NIW, China, ND 03/00, EAC-00-125-xxxxx

You can call IIO to ask them update the system. It should take effect within 24 hrs based on my experience.

I had similar experience. I called IIO and it was fixed in 3 days.

Update problem in the system. If the computer server is not linked to the phone message system when they entered the case, you don\'t know what updates they made in the system. AS far as I heard, it never gets updated once your case is loaded to the server.
