You got a very very early FP2- even before FP1 had expired. The letter you recd- was it in response to an enquiry? You are RD 09/02- where is the question of delay - when current processing is only Feb'02.
You are right! Somehow I didn't have any problem with fingerprints..Maybe it has something to do with Norfolk office. It is a small one and it is not crowded at all.
FP notices are issued by VSC and not local centers. VSC should not issue a FP notice before expiry. They normally issue a few months after expiry - 15 mo. +.
