I am in good USA for 25 years .In system for 22 years first in Political asylum which was denied , appealed denied , than in 2007 supreme court send the case back to judge, than few month later in 2007 got married. In 2009 I passed stock interview, last court hearing i had in May 2010 judge wanted to close case but cause of my fingerprint adjourn . In Decembr 2010 our daughter were born . In May 2011 my wife could not be present and my bad land i had no fingerprint judge transferred my case in PDX,OR cause me and my family moved here in Portland OR. My master hearing is in August 31 in PDX ,OR....My question ,how are treated cases based on marriage by immigration judge ? I am being told that should be much easier and better than in New York ,NY....Probably all you know that in New York,NY is the most difficult to deal with Immigration .......Now I need some immigration lawyer to present my case here in PDX, my case is all ready ,cause is done by lawyers in NY , all he/she have to do just present case. Anybody know some lawyer here in PDX ,OR that is not blood sucker like in NY
