Experts, Here is my situation. Since PD has become current NVC had sent DS230 for me as I have chosen CP option at the time of 140 filing. Before that last week I filed 485.
Now if I continue with CP I dont know how long it will take for interview to be scheduled and more over it will like doing both 485 and CP which may be not permitted. Can I do both? If so, will USCIS give an option to me to choose either CP or 485? At the time of filing my 485 my attorney did not know for sure if I will be eligible to file 485 but said we will file it and see what happens to which I agreed.
