Case Assigned to Officer for 3 weeks, no response

Is this Normal?
My case was assigned to officer when I called them on May 21, but when I called again today, they still see it as assigned to officer.

what are my chances of getting RFE at this stage? Thanks

it is typical and no one knows about the chances of an RFE... you might ask yourselves how lucky are you and you could apply (1 - probability) the chances of getting an RFE.. :-)

My ND is 03/2000/EB2 and my case also with an officer, since the AVM is not working and the VSC mail room case some delays,
so really we don\'t know what is going on with our case. Look at the very few approvals this week, so some where at VSC, something
is wrong right now, just pray the god and hang in there.
