Case Approved on May 23rd, Spouse\'s case still pending????

Hi all,
  Anybody with same situation?
My Husband\'s case was approved at VSC on May 23rd. But my case has not been approved yet.
Please let me know.

Did you file i-485 separately or your name was included in
primary applicant\'s i-485 . Post in detail if you can..

I am in the same situation. My husband\'s case was approved recently and my file was a follow to join case. My husband\'s attorney said after my husband\'s approval my H4 is no longer valid if i were to travle outside and get back into the country. I have to take AP. Did u apply for EAD and AP.

Did you get this information from the AVM, if so that may not be correct, in my case also the AVM said my case was approved but my wife\'s case was still saying about the RFE , but all the family members got the approval notice in the mail.

But if your husband already has an approval notice and you have not received it, you should find out why the hold... was there an RFE pending from your side????

My husband\'s ND and RD is 02/00 and approved 06/01. My ND is 11/00. My name was not included in my husband\'s petition. I haven\'t applied for EAD or AP. My case on AVM always says "Case not found" and IIO confirmed my pending status.
