My I-485 approved today ie. 10/25/2004.

I have very very important question:

Me and my wife need to travel on Nov. end through England,

do we still need transit visa for UK?

Can we still go to Local CIS office for stamping without getting INfo pass appointment??

I would appreciate your suggestions.

Thanks,
Adil Anis

if u still confuse best thing is use google search engine and find consulate near u, call them ask them, and I believe best thing is to double confirm any info u get from here.

Take infopass appointment why take risk to get refused to enter. may be Dunkin Donuts ppl forgot to put suger in his coffee and he is in bad mood. :D

Good LUck

adilanis,
They probably won't let you in without an Infopass appointment. Infopass appointments are made 2 weeks in advance, so you still have plenty of time until the end of November. Take the web page printout of your approval and try to get a stamp in your passport, explaining that you will need to travel soon. It might work. If not you should get the approval letter very soon in the mail.
