Hey guys my case has been approved 4/17/06 finally. I got the magic email but for some reason I can't login or check the case status on their website. It says validation error. But I got the email I hope it's not a mistake or something. Someone please let me know what is going on. God Bless You All.

I'm a Canadian citizen and I came on a H4 visa and then changed to F1 when I turned 21. I missed a semester of college and fell out of status. I never got reinstated for some reason.
I'm a derivative on my mother's adjustment of status based on employment application. My father applied from his company too. We applied on 2004. Everyone in my family including my siblings got their case approved in 2005. On Dec. 13th, they denied my case because I never reinstated my F1. We applied for motion to reopen and paid the $1000 fee. The case was reopened on Feb 2nd, 2006. After that I had LUD changes from 2-21 to 2-28, 3/11, 3/17. My case was approved on the 17th of April.
I'm surprised that it happened because last time I called vermont they said that they mailed out a RFE on the 7th of April to my lawyer. He still didn't get anything. But yet the case got approved.
