Case Approved filed in 2007

I recived approval notice two days ago. My sister filed for I 130 in 2007 and got approved so quickly

Is this an error?

the i-130 can be approved at any time. but you must wait until the priority date becomes current in another 10+ years, before anything can be done really...

Can you tell me what service center(vermont or california) has been processing your I-130,please?
and what is your priority date?
I also applied for my sister ( to vermont SC) and would like to have an idea how long it will take for them to work on my petition.
