I still have got nothing, no reference letter requested, no re-do fingerprint requested! My case: RD 10-9, ND 11-25.
What I can do? Is there any Oct case in 2001 have still being pending? Suggestions? Help please.

You have to call 800 number. They probabaly will route you to second tier representative.

I called one month ago

Thanks X30 and DengDeng, I did call INS one month ago.
Someone took all my information, said they will reply to me soon about my status. But one month past, I have got still nothing.
Are there any othe things I can do for it? Please help. My case has been pending for 22 months already.
