Yes, but ONLY if people do things the right way.
The OP, saying "no TOEFL/GRE needed" is a shady organization. They also handled applications for such fake institutions as TVU, UNVA, etc.

The ONLY option for people who want to study in the US is to apply at REAL, accredited universities. And TOEFL/GRE/GMAT are a requirement for any university worth applying at.
Of course, there may be some people who enjoy seeing a deportation cell from the inside, who enjoy having ankle bracelets...
For everybody else, avoid any "agents" who talk about "work study", "no TOEFL/GRE required", "easy H1", or similar nonsense. Such agents are frauds. Do your due diligence. Search the Internet. Check the accreditation status of a university: http://www.ope.ed.gov/accreditation/
And don't give in to peer pressure, like "friends" already at one of these fraudulent "universities."
Studying is hard work, and there are No shortcuts, there are NO easy ways to a degree. There are NO easy ways to an H1. Anybody telling you something else is lying, plain and simple.
You can be successful if you study hard. If you want to go the easy way, with fraudulent, fake "universities", you will fail, and you will bring shame to your family. Again, there are no shortcuts. There are no easy ways to a degree.
