careful with EB2/Perm

i heard through my lawyer ( talked with USCIS) to be very careful before filing EB2/PERM if in gray area of EB2 qualification or if under business necessity because those applications are going to be very closely scrutinized and audited .

rejections for business necessity/eb2/perm

my lawyer told me that a few cases he filed for Eb2 perm as business necessity got denials, i am worried , any else has any other experience to share,i will appreciate it

MS degree+4 years experience

I have a master's degree with 4 years work experience in the biotech field. I plan to file LC using PERM.

I heard that "business necessity" can cause trouble when filing under Perm.

Please advise if my situation need to show business necessity?
