We have a very similar situation with 11 year old daughter. Received emails this week stating "After approving your application we ordered you a new card" for husband and me. We had not previously received any approval notification of any kind, so this seemed a bit unusual. Daughter's case had an LUD update on the same day, but no status change and we received no emails about her case.
Now today we received "This case has been approved" emails and case update for husband and me. Still no update on daughter's case, and no LUD change for her today either.
