What is the average time from receiving interview approval and receiving GC?

Can one change their SS Card (ie remove "only with work authorization" wording) when GC is approved?

About 2-4 weeks.

And yes. When you receive your GC, go to your local SSA office and ask to get that legend removed. It may take another 4 weeks before you get your social security card, since they have to "verify" that the GC is valid with USCIS.
 
What is the time frame between the "Notice mailed welcoming new permanent resident" and GREEN CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED email?
