Hi

My lawyer called up the IIO on Mar 31, and received this reply -
"This case has been assigned to an IIO on Mar-27 and will be approved in 2-4 weeks"

Details -
WAC-02-34XXX
RFE Response - Feb 04

While I cannot rely on this info, I just thought I will share it with you and hope that it will turn out to be true.

Secondly - I have the question - how can someone say that the case WILL be approved ? The more ideal answer would have been something like - A Decision will be made in 2-4 weeks.

Yes it could be a RFE too I wish not. but how can he be so sure of approval.

Let us know when u hear from them.
 
Approved per AVM

Hi all -

Per my lawyer's information a couple of weeks ago, my 485 case got approved today Apr 07. This is by the AVM's message " This case has been approved....14 days..."

My WAC is WAC02034XXXXX.
My ND is Nov 08, 2001

Its my turn to celebrate today after this ultra-long wait. Hope all of you get your approvals soon.
