No need for an Info Pass appointment for me ..... My Courtesy approval notice said to go to New York Local Center on any Friday. So I got it stamped there on Oct 15th 2004.

If it doesn't say specifically to go to so and so center on so and so day .. then you definitely need an appointment and that too 1 for each.
