Card received with the same error again help!

Last month i received my first GC with an administrative error (not back dated)
i sent it back to get it corrected and i took about 3 weeks and then i received the new card today with the same error (resident since 06/11/07) although they have sent me a letter to acknowledge the error and promised me the correction on the new card. NOW WHAT???
