What are the next steps?

Do I need to submit any form(s) at SSN office?

Do I need to fill any form with employer?

Do I need to submit any form(s) at SSN office?

Yes, you can go to SSA office and apply for new card. It's optional.

Do I need to fill any form with employer?

You can update I-9 form with your employer.
