Stamped at Des Moines, IA, which comes under NSC
Received plastic card. Dec 24th, 2001 after 7 months & 16 days

Me still waiting... stamped June 28th, 2001 @ Des Moines, IA, VSC, no change in AVM yet

Stamped in Des Moines Iowa on May 11 th 2001
message not changed. I called VSC they said they have not got any info from Des moines and asked me to check with NSC.

I called NSC and they said they have asked for the file from VSC.
I don\'t understand why do they need to transfer the file from VSC to NSC for printing the card Any ideas?
