First of, congratulations!
Just wondering on what is the content of that welcome letter from BCIS and I am wonderinmg why it took them a year after requesting for RFEs ?

Thanks.

Your guess is as good as mine with BCIS taking its sweet time to adjudicate cases.

One of the reason for transferring the case was that I had moved to differect states between 140 and 485 period.

But no concrete answer for transfer.

questions about Newark transferred case

Hi, Tan:

Congratulations to you for finally complete the journal.

I have a question for you regarding our upcoming Newark interview: I remembered that you were asked for med at the time you were in my stage, did you redo the med or you simply brought a copy of the original one? Did the interview officer actually asked for it or retained it during the interview?

Many thanks,

bb

Thanks.

For us medical was a joke.
The officer never asked and I never reminded him aswell.
But yeah I redid all the tests, xray (as positive ppd for TB) for myself and my wife and the officer completely ignored.

I would say don't take chances. Just do it. You will benefit by knowing about your health. Also if asked in the interview letter make sure you have a personal copy (given by the doc) for your records.

Good Luck.
Tan.
