I am glad to share that today my I-485s are approved from NSC. Two week ago i got a RFE for TB test, which i submitted last week and approval came this week.
Here is the history:
EB1A-140 (premier processing, e-filed went to TSC) Apri, 2007, RFE May 07, Respond to RFE Aug o7, Approval Sep 07.
EB1A-485 filed on Oct 08 to NSC, pending
EB2NIW (concurrent) filed at NSC July 07 rush, I-140 Approved Aug, 08
EB2NIW-485 RFE Feb 09, resposnd to RFE Feb 09, approved Feb 2009.
It appears that they linked my EB1-140 with NIW 485s as the later have July 07 priority (compare to EB1 485 with Oct 07).
