Card production ordered

Hello,

Yesterday received emails for me and two of my dependents (waiting for the approval/card production order for the third dependent) saying that on 5/19 card production was ordered. Looks and feels like I am approved. Thanks to everyone in this forum for keeping my hopes alive.

My details are as follows:

PD: Apr 2003, EB2 India
Concurrent filing = Yes, I485 RD 7/13/2005, filed at VSC
VSC -> TSC transfer = Yes on Mar ‘05
FP’s = last one on May ’07 (code 1, first FP was code 3)
I140 Approval date = 8/15/05
Stuck in name check since July ’05. When I checked my name check status in Nov last year it was still pending, did not check it after that.
LUD = Last one on 2/3/08

Spoke to NSC on 5/12 and made them open a ticket as my processing was outside their timeframe. Do not know if it helped

I wish and pray that everyone in this forum gets his or her I485 approved soon.

Will provide more updates when I receive the cards.

Congrats ss81 and enjoy your freedom.Before approval ,did you notice any LUD on I485 ?

From your thread PD date is same as ours. Please post your approval as soon as it comes so that I know where we stand in this rigorous process.

Not rec EAD or TD so far
Is there a way to check FBI name check clearance.

The last LUD I had on my I485 was on 3rd Feb '08, after than nothing.
