Staus changed to Card production ordered. No welcome letter sent!
Does it mean GC approved??

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On March 25, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
 
I am not an expert, but I am pretty sure thats what it means. Expect your card soon, congrats!
 
Yes!! You have been approved! Expect another few updates... One saying Welcome letter sent and another saying I485 Approval notice sent. :)

Just to save this question coming up later, you will probably get a couple "card production order" updates online. Don't worry about this! This is totally normal and we have no idea why the website does it. :)
 
What is the time frame between the "Notice mailed welcoming new permanent resident" and the GREEN CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED email?
