Card ordered...In how many days do you??

This is what the INS site says...

On February 4, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

In how many days do i get the card??

Iam moving out of this apartment on the 20th of Feb.

Hope somebody can advice me on this.

In my wife's EAD case, I get the similar message. The card (EAD) was ordered on 01/21/2003 and so far we haven't received it.
