USCIS Web site says that my wife's card was mailed on Jan 20,2004 but has not reached us yet. There is no change in address since the start of the process. What would be best thing to do ? Should we wait for 14 days and then call USCIS or call them now and say that it is 10 days and we have not rececieved it....
