Finally I located the records of my speeding tkts and car accident, way back in 1990's. I am going to get more details on those from the respective courts/states etc to enclose in N400.
Now the question is, what about the records of accidents in which the fault was NOT mine? I had at least two of those. In one case we checked our cars and found them OK and said bye bye to each other (silly cases need not be reported I think
) but in another case, I claimed money from the bumper jammer to the extent of $400 or so.
No police were involved (no citing, no arrests, warrants or tkts to either the jammer or me) since the bumper guy accepted mistake and the insurance directly sent checks to me. Any experience of this type for any of you?
