HELP!!Cant get any answers from USICS-or-AAO
Please can someone give me some input as to how to find out the status of my I-129F appeal OR HOW LONG IT GENERAL TAKES?.... I filed I-129F in sept 2005 they deny it in Feb. 2006 I filed all papers for appeal with the Neb. Service Center with more evidence from my doctor stating that IT would be an extreme hardship for me too Travel Outside the USA to meet my fiancee in a third country OR her COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE !! I recieved 2 papers {notice of action} that the appeal had been transfered to { BCIS, AAO , 20 mass. room 3042 ,,25 "I" ST, NW.. Wash. DC.20356.} on April 11 2006. Ive called that national toll free and went though the one REPETED song bad
music torture on hold waiting for hours!! The first time I called I finally got a nice women That said that I should hear from them AAO within 30 days. and gave me a referral number.she said to call back If i didnot hear from them AAO in the next 30 days . I called back in 30 days and got some very Ignorant type man. He told me they could not send or check {REFERAL}anything to the OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS,, AND he TOLD ME THAT EVERYTHING THE FIRST WOMEN TOLD ME WAS WRONG!! I asked him if the Neb. Service Center{they transfered my papers} knows that they received my papers at the AAO, in Wash. DC. He said there is no way to check that either!!! What kind of B.S. Is this??? Ive written The above AAO address twice by Priority mail with my transfer {copys} papers enclosed asking to please let me know the status of my appeal. Ive not heard any thing from them yet . wrote AAO about the 3 of JULY. I have try and try to locate somemore info: like a phone number for AAO its impossibe it seems.{unless someone on here can help me}} Also on the Processing times for AAO, I-129F appeals, It states they are current. could someone explain what "Current" is suppose to mean ? How could they be current when my Appeal has been there at AAO {{supposely }} since April 11 or so. Please any info would be Greatly Appreciated ......................looking4answers
