hi, I cant find my PR Card anymore. I realize I need to file I-90 either by mail or electronically, and its pretty costly, around $270
Could someone who has gone through this process or knows about it, as to how I could expedite this, or make it easier. How long does it take, and what happens at each step. Thanks.
