Cant belive I write this: August 2002 nothing happened. What can I do?

2 finger prints, 3 EADs. Inquiry, result case delayed until further notice. eMail senator, no response. eMail FBI, no response.

What else can I do? Thanks
 
Asked my self many times the same questions..and called senator office many times.Finally today he responded and he said i will get a decision with in 60 days.I dont know how far that is right but hangin around in the same situation !!!!!

Dont be too optimistic

I was given that 60 days BS by my local Congressman.

I am already into 75 days :)

Now, I have forgotten about USCIS delays; now my focus is delays
at my Local Congressman's Constituent Services Unit ( for which its still a
direct telephone # and not yet a 1-800 # ) and delays at FBI's Name Check
E-Mail Response Unit.

Once I handle these 2 delays, I will get back to USCIS.

I think all these people are plain old bull-shitting with us.
 
Hi Guys,

I am too tired of congressman , senator and USCIS.
My I-140 is pending since Jun2003.

Contacted Congressman in sep 2004 , told us 60 days.. again when I contacted , got reply...such cases take long time...

Senator reply same 60 days...
 
Too impatient

I think you guys are too impatient.

Remember, that you will be in the same situation that you are now even after the green card. If you are unhappy now you will be unhappy then.

So relax, take it easy and your time will come

When you don't know any one's life problem, better Mind your business.
For you might be ths s small issues... for others it might be some thing more important...
