cannot see the case status (servlet error)

Friends,

I cannot check my case status. After entering my ID and password, I get

500 Servlet Exception
java.lang.NullPointerException
.
.
.


There were lot of Jave errors.

When I directly enter, case status search and ewwnter my EAC*...
I get validation error.

My ID/Password was working as of this afternoon. Any of you facing similar problems?

might be server problem, I get the same thing if I logn, if I go with receipt number I get:

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

At first I though they might have transfered my case to the DO :) but prolly not since I just went for fingerprint last week...

The USCIS Case status website was down ( for maintenance, I guess) , Now it is up and running.
 
i had the same error...its not uscis problem...it is the problem with your browser.
you need to go to tools>internet options>advanced...

i used to get the same error long time ago...

Last night I could not access my case status portfolio all night with the same error as described above, today I was able to see my portfolio, I did not make any browser adjustment at all.

How do you explain the error " validation required " when you enter your receipt number directly in the search status page?
