I submitted my I-751 for my wife in June 2006. I recieved a NOA in August valid for one year. They sent an additional request for evidence which I submitted in October 2006. Her conditional green card expired in June of 2006.
My wife wants to travel to India in March. I tried to find the original NOA that we recieved in August of 2006, however I cannot find it. We recently moved and it may have been lost/destroyed in the move. Is there any way I can get another one so that she can travel to India? If I cannot get another one, what can I do?
