There is a misunderstanding between me and my wife. I hold h1 visa and my wife holds h4 visa and currently she is out of US. I don't want my wife to come back to US till we negoitate. Can I cancel/suspend her H4 visa temporarily? Can I revoke the cancellation after we negotiate?
