Cancelling H-1B visa

Is it true that there is a law that says that whenever
employer cancel H-1B visa, he should pay ticket to
the home country for the sponsored person ?
 
It is true that an employer who terminates an H-1 worker must terminate the visa and offer a return ticket.
 
Thanks Jim, but do you know where can I find text of that
Law ? somewhere on INS web site, I guess, but I couldn't
find it.
